Sconticut Neck

Once a small summer cottage, this new construction house was built on stilts from the ground up. I was responsible for the interior design. These homeowners wanted low maintenance, carefree, simple clean lines for their retirement home that would accommodate their extended family and many grandchildren! I combined a little traditional, mostly modern and all authentic materials to create this seaside year round home.
