Holly Lane

This beautiful old house was built for a different time. A series of small rooms and too many doorways needed to be opened up and reflect the lifestyle of this young active family. We removed walls and reconfigured the functionality and flow for a large family who loves to cook and entertain and desperately needed a more useful and efficient mudroom. The design created a proper mud room entry, living, dining and cooking areas with passthrough traffic no longer impeding efficiency. Hard working appliances and surfaces will stand the test of time and the wear and tear of many large family gatherings to come!
